Team Assistant
A Brisbane based firm is seeking an experienced Administration professional to join their supportive and friendly team. With a strong commitment to providing exceptional Administration and organisational skills, our client values each team member as an integral part of the business.
Position Details: - This full-time role offers a range of administrative responsibilities, including:
- Greeting clients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments
- Assisting with client queries and banking
- Invoicing and managing accounts receivable
- Using legislative portals (such as ATO)
- Providing administrative support to the director and accountants
- Facilitating meetings
- Maintaining accurate electronic and physical filing systems
- Handling mail and managing office supplies
- Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and common spaces
Selection Criteria: - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborative approach to teamwork and office procedures
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Professional presentation with a friendly, welcoming nature
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn
