Position Details:
  • This full-time role offers a range of administrative responsibilities, including:
  • Greeting clients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments
  • Assisting with client queries and banking
  • Invoicing and managing accounts receivable
  • Using legislative portals (such as ATO)
  • Providing administrative support to the director and accountants
  • Facilitating meetings
  • Maintaining accurate electronic and physical filing systems
  • Handling mail and managing office supplies
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and common spaces
Selection Criteria:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Collaborative approach to teamwork and office procedures
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
