As a very reputable firm in Brisbane, they offer a comprehensive suite of business services to their clients, from accounting and bookkeeping to finance, insurance, and beyond. With an incredible growth strategy, the team has already grown from 10 to now well over 300, hoping for you to be their next addition!
The Role: - Lead a team, ensuring deadlines are met and fostering a positive team culture.
- Report directly to the State Managing Partner.
- Manage a large portfolio of clients across various industries.
- Review and produce accounting work.
- Multi-task and prioritize effectively while providing support to your team.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development.

About you: - 8+ years of experience in an Australian Accounting Firm.
- Leadership experience, managing and mentoring a small team in a busy environment.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Experience in preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns.
- Excellent knowledge of Australian taxation legislation.
- Exceptional technical knowledge and skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with clients and colleagues.
