Senior Manager/ Director - Business Advisory Services
About the Firm & Role The Andersen Partnership is currently partnering with an accounting firm that is experiencing significant growth. As such, they are looking for an ambitious & commercially minded Director, or Senior Manager, who is able to work closely with clients & provide a variety of services.
This is a unique opportunity to work across Business Advisory & Virtual CFO within a multi-disciplinary firm in the Inner Northern suburbs. They have over 30 staff & have invested heavily in modern technology and are always looking at ways to improve efficiency & assist clients every step of the way! As a Director in this firm, you will be responsible for managing a significant client portfolio and lead a team of 5 people. Externally, you will act as a main point of contact for clients & provide Business Advisory & Virtual CFO Services. There is a fairly even split across both with the role being focused on reviewing work, engaging with & advising clients as well as growing new client relationships.
Internally, you will also be part of a leadership group, with your feedback and ideas being taken on board to help shape the firm's strategy moving forward.

About You - 7 years or more within Public Practice (Business Services/ Advisory)
- At least 2 years in a similar leadership role
- CA or CPA qualified preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to showcase your technical knowledge
- Proven experience engaging with clients & identifying services to add value
- Proactive, collaborative and able to think on your feet
- Desire to assist & mentor others and help grow a team around them
- Ambition to support the businesses growth as well as your personal growth
- Experience providing varied advisory services to clients is highly desirable
