Senior Client Services Officer

About the role:
As a Senior CSO you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Financial Advisors while leading and training the junior team members, and ensuring the smooth operation of their wealth management services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for training and mentoring junior team members to meet required standards.
- Assist in managing the growing support team, ensuring it meets expectations of the Advisers.
- Supporting the Advisers and client-facing tasks, as well as utilising Xplan.
- Streamline workflows for efficiency in document management, training, and client service.
About You:
- Excellent planning and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience as a CSO for at least 4 years.
- Proven track record of training and mentoring junior team members.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Xplan.
- A diploma or relevant tertiary qualification would be highly regarded.
