We are currently partnered with a well-established mid-tier CA accounting practice based in the Perth CBD, which is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview:
In this position, you will work under the guidance of experienced directors and managers within a professional Corporate Services team. You will be responsible for managing assignments across a variety of industries and company sizes, from ASX-listed companies to not-for-profit organisations.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities: - Process supplier invoices and manage creditor pay runs, including payment uploads to the bank.
- Handle accounts receivable invoicing and receipt processing.
- Manage payroll, including superannuation and salary sacrificing arrangements, using Xero, Keypay, and MYOB software.
- Prepare IAS & BAS returns.
- Conduct end-of-month balance sheet reconciliations and P&L reviews.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts.
- Support the team with various tasks to meet client needs.
- Identify and address potential issues or opportunities in daily work.
- Liaise directly with clients to respond to queries or provide information.
Qualifications & Experience: - Extensive bookkeeping experience, including end-of-period procedures.
- Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or higher.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
