Senior Accountant
Our client is a Top Tier firm located in Brisbane CBD with nationwide presence. Currently seeking an enthusiastic with 3-4 years of experience to join their team. You will work closely with the Directors and Managers to provide a comprehensive range of accounting and business advisory services to a diverse portfolio of mid sized clients If you have prior experience in a similar role, you should have the ability to manage a demanding workload while maintaining a strong focus on client service.
Primary Responsibilities: - Preparing BAS and IAS returns
- Creating financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships, and related entities
- Compiling tax returns
- Conducting tax planning
- Serving as the main point of contact for a variety of clients across different industries

- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and resolve issues as they arise
- Experience in juggling multiple tasks, even when priorities shift
- Strong problem solving skills
- A track record in providing business advisory solutions to clients
- Current experience with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks Online, Reckon, and MYOB
- While not mandatory, experience with APS Practice Manager and related software is a plus
- A degree in Accounting, Business, or Commerce
- Completion of the CA program or looking to commence
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional services firm
