What you will be doing

• Managing your own client relationships and communicating directly with clients
• Preparing financial statements, including EOFY accounts
• Working across Division 7A, FBT, and tax planning
• Running client meetings and confidently discussing outcomes
• Managing your own workflow and ensuring deadlines are met
• Understanding client needs and delivering high quality outcomes
• Supporting, training, and mentoring junior staff as the team grows

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3 years experience in public practice accounting
• Comfortable working with financial figures and complex matters
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of your work
• Strong communication skills and client facing confidence
• A proactive approach and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Interest in developing others and contributing to a growing team
