Senior Account Manager | Risk Management This National Insurance Broker delivers superior insurance broking solutions to key clients and we are pleased to be recruiting an experienced and dynamic Senior Insurance Broker specializing in risk management to join this team.

As a Senior Insurance Broker, you will play a critical role in advising clients on complex insurance and risk management issues. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, assessing their risk profiles, and providing tailored insurance solutions to mitigate those risks. This role requires a deep understanding of the insurance market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to negotiate and secure the best possible terms for our clients.

About you:
  • Minimum of 10+ years commercial insurance broking experience (must be currently in a similar role)
  • Management experience or ability to demonstrate leadership skills
  • Tier 1 broking qualifications
Key Reposnsibilites:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and risk exposures.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies tailored to each client's unique requirements.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide expert advice on risk mitigation and insurance coverage.
  • Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure the best possible terms and coverage for clients.
  • Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals and reports to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to provide proactive advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Mentor and support junior brokers and team members.
