Receptionist We’re on the lookout for a superstar Receptionist to be the welcoming face that ensures everything runs smoothly for an incredible firm based in Brisbane. The Brisbane office is genuinely buzzing with energy, super fun and outgoing - not your average accounting firm at all!
  
If you're all about making people feel at home and staying on top of things, this role is perfect for you! You’ll be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional support and keeping our front desk sharp and professional.
  
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Greeting clients, answering calls, and managing schedules - keeping everything on track and seamless.
  • Maintaining a polished and inviting front-of-house area, including keeping meeting rooms tidy, prepped, and ready for use.
  • Taking charge of the communal kitchen’s organisation and cleanliness.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail, arranging couriers, and directing new client inquiries to our Concierge.
  • Coordinating catering for meetings and training sessions to keep everyone energised and focused.
  • Assisting the Operations team with office upkeep, plant care, and providing general support, even helping with our fun office events.
  • Keeping track of office supplies, handling printing, scanning, filing, and ensuring our databases stay current.
  • Overseeing relationships with subtenants and supporting our co-working space to create a great environment for everyone.
  • Being the go to person for just about anything, always ready to lend a hand!
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need previous reception experience (though it's a plus), but we’re after someone with a great attitude and a willingness to dive in. We're looking for someone who is:
  • Friendly and welcoming – You’ve got excellent customer service skills that leave a lasting impression.
  • Organised and efficient – You’re great at juggling multiple tasks while keeping things neat and in order.
  • Tech-savvy – You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and enjoy using technology to streamline processes.
