Primary purpose
My client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Payroll Coordinator who will provide outsourced payroll services for a number of clients, ensuring that all payments are processed on time and correctly. They will also endeavour to resolve the clients queries satisfactorily.
  
Role & Responsibilities:
  
  • Preparing and lodging payroll taxes
  • Preparing the monthly IAS
  • Attending to general Payroll queries
  • Dealing with the onboarding process for new payroll clients
  • Creating new employee files, ensuring all components are complete such as TFN, Super etc.
  • Entering the monthly data including leave maintenance and generating reports
  • Setting up WorkCover policies and Superannuation lodgements
  • Assisting with EOM and EOFY reporting
  
  
  
About You:
  
  • Previous knowledge of general payroll legislation, Superannuation, payroll tax etc.
  • Previous experience in high volume payroll processing, including terminations, redundancies, EOM/EOFY reporting, Workers Compensation, LSL
  • Experience processing multiple payrolls.
  • Experience in HR3 software (preferred)
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
