Payroll Coordinator
Payroll Coordinator - Professional Services - Opportunity to grow within the business - Immediate Start -Based in the CBD - Hybrid Primary purpose My client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Payroll Coordinator who will provide outsourced payroll services for a number of clients, ensuring that all payments are processed on time and correctly. They will also endeavour to resolve the clients queries satisfactorily.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Preparing and lodging payroll taxes
- Preparing the monthly IAS
- Attending to general Payroll queries
- Dealing with the onboarding process for new payroll clients
- Creating new employee files, ensuring all components are complete such as TFN, Super etc.
- Entering the monthly data including leave maintenance and generating reports
- Setting up WorkCover policies and Superannuation lodgements
- Assisting with EOM and EOFY reporting
About You: - Previous knowledge of general payroll legislation, Superannuation, payroll tax etc.
- Previous experience in high volume payroll processing, including terminations, redundancies, EOM/EOFY reporting, Workers Compensation, LSL
- Experience processing multiple payrolls.
- Experience in HR3 software (preferred)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
