Payroll assistance – Saving dockets received via email and SMS. Obtaining information from employees relating to incomplete or incorrect dockets. Coding dockets, processing payroll, setting up employees, maintaining employee files. Assist with end of month reporting requirements as required
Accurate job coding and allocation from dockets to timesheets
Assist with payroll processing and checking is carried out in order to meet banking cut off deadline
Calculate Payroll adjustments as and when necessary
Employee set up and maintenance in SAGE
Assist with setting up new jobs in SAGE with all relevant codes and allowances
Ability to deal with payroll system errors and problems
Ensure familiarity of all EBAs, Awards and other applicable agreements in use
Reception – Assist with answering office phones as required
Adherence to company policies and procedures
Additionally, general administrative duties or other tasks from time to time or as requested by Management
