Office Administration
Currently seeking an Office Administrator for an Accounting Firm based in an inner Brisbane suburb.
The Role:
- Answering phone calls and managing incoming mail
- Building strong client relationships via phone and email
- Managing client appointments, onboarding, off-boarding, and maintaining the client database
- Assisting with billing, invoicing, and invoice drafting
- Outgoing, personable, and committed to providing excellent customer service
- Lodging income tax, activity statements, and payroll tax
- Liaising with the ATO for lodgement deferrals, payment arrangements, and remissions
- Supporting with ASIC work
- Accounts payable/receivable
Who we are looking for:
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills
- Experience working within admin, preferably within the accounting industry
- Client-focused with exceptional customer service
- Highly organised and enjoys multi-tasking
- Positive attitude with a "no task is too small or big" mentality
- Strong work ethic, initiative, and ability to prioritise
- Bubbly and friendly personality
- Experience with XERO or, MYOB AE, CAS BGL 360 or other accounting software is desirable
