New Client Liaison About the Role:

As a New Client Liaison, you will be the first point of contact for potential/existing clients, in a phone based inbound/outbound environment!

You'll be representing our client's firm and providing a compassionate and empathetic service experience. In this phone-based role, you will actively listen to clients, gather detailed information about their enquiry's and guide them to the correct department. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Client Data Management: Accurately update and maintain client records in our CRM system.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, solicitors, and internal teams to facilitate a smooth client journey.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain high standards of client service, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative tasks, such as filing, document management, and data entry.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Have experience in a high-volume call environment. 
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Strong Salesforce skills are advantageous
