National Tax Technical Advisor
We are looking for a National Tax Technical Advisor to join our client’s team in Perth. In this role, you’ll provide expert tax guidance, manage compliance, and ensure tax updates are effectively communicated across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities: - Research and analyse legislative changes, case law, and provide timely technical updates.
- Develop and deliver training materials on tax changes, ensuring the team is well-informed.
- Analyse federal and state budget changes, supporting policy implementation across the organization.
- Oversee adherence to the Tax Agent Services Act and Anti-Money Laundering obligations.
- Ensure compliance with national tax and accounting standards.
- Serve as a point of contact for non-technical tax matters, managing escalations and liaising with relevant authorities.
- Maintain and update tax policies, templates, and documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For: - Strong understanding of tax legislation and compliance requirements.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex tax issues clearly.
- Experience in policy management and implementation.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in dealing with regulatory bodies.
- CA or CPA qualified
