National Tax Coordinator
Our client is looking for a dedicated National Tax Coordinator to join their National Tax Solutions team in a full-time capacity. This role will support the broader National Tax Services division and contribute to various administrative and coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and update content on the Tax Services intranet site.
- Create and distribute internal communications, newsletters, and updates.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining electronic document repositories and assisting with quality assurance and special projects.
- Organise training sessions and liaise with external training bodies.
- Coordinate conferences, including travel arrangements and venue inspections, and assist with materials preparation.
Qualifications: - 2+ years in an administrative or similar corporate role.
- Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Location: Ideally based in Perth, Hybrid working options available.
