The Role: - Manage a portfolio of business clients across a variety of industries
- Lead and develop a high performing team
- Drive business development initiatives and client growth
- Be a cultural champion within the firm
- Step confidently into strategic leadership, with Partner mentorship

What You’ll Bring: - CA or CPA qualified
- 5+ years in public practice (mid-tier or similar environment)
- Strong leadership skills and a people first mindset
- Client facing experience with an advisory focus
- Drive, ambition, and a genuine interest in making Partner
