The Position - Manager
Operating within the firms Business Advisory division & working closely with the firms Partners & Directors, you will assist with the management and delivery of complex compliance as well as provide advice to a broad range of clients - these clients range from SMEs to large corporates, some with turnover in excess of $500 million.
You would be responsible for:
- Managing a pool of accountants alongside other Managers & Senior Managers. This includes workflow management, technical training and mentoring
- Reviewing & delegating compliance work
- Managing key client relationships, and helping grow new ones
- Providing advice to clients across a variety of areas
- For some clients, managing Virtual CFO & board reporting services on a Monthly or Quarterly basis
- Fostering the firms key values in everything you do
- Work closely with other service lines as required
About You
- 5 or more years experience within Business Services/ Advisory in Australia
- At least 6 months in a similar role that has involved delegating & reviewing work as well as mentoring junior accountants
- CA or CPA qualified
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to showcase your technical knowledge
- Proven experience with client interaction
- Proactive, collaborative and able to think on your feet
- Desire to assist & mentor others and help grow a team around them
- Ambition to support the businesses growth as well as your personal growth
