Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, tax returns, and client reports
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Manage the preparation and lodgement of BAS and other compliance-related documents
- Support senior accountants in providing tax planning and advisory services to clients
- Liaise with clients directly to address queries and provide financial support
- Maintain accurate client records and files
Key Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in public practice
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting and tax standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
