Commercial Lawyer
The Andersen Partnership have been instructed to find an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join the team of one of our clients on a permanent basis. Our client is a boutique law firm specialising predominately within commercial litigation and commercial law.
Due to growth, they are looking for an established commercial lawyer with 2+ years of PQE in a broad commercial law role to take on a diverse caseload of matters to include (not all of the above is essential but a broad idea of what the role will include) :
- Contract drafting
- Business sales & purchases
- Preparation of commercial agreement
- Negotiation of sale/purchase of business transactions including due diligence, share sale agreements, asset sale agreements with an ability to act for either the seller or purchaser
- Shareholder agreements
- Advising on trusts
- Advising on corporate matters including directors’ obligation
- Negotiation of services agreements
- Negotiating leases and licenses
- Advising on franchise agreements
- Loan agreements
Our client is a well respected firm with 2 partners and a small but strong team of legal professionals dealing with a mixture of high level work for a clients to include family own businesses, small to medium enterprises and listed companies.
