Overview:
As a Client Services Officer, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and operational support. You will work closely with financial advisors and clients to ensure a seamless experience, focusing on administrative tasks, client communication, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate client meetings and manage advisors' calendars efficiently.
- Prepare and process client documentation, including account openings, transfers, and transactions.
- Maintain and manage client data in the XPlan system.
- Assist in preparing financial planning reports and presentations for client meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure service delivery exceeds expectations.
About you:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Previous experience in a client services role within the financial services industry is advantageous.
