Key Requirements: Qualifications: Relevant graduate and postgraduate qualifications. Extensive leadership experience in managing medium-sized commercial organisations, ideally within the aged care sector.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead with vision and integrity, aligned with the values of the brand. Proven track record in people management and empowerment.
Financial Acumen: Expertise in financial management and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a deep understanding of aged care issues and industry trends.
