About the Role
As an Intermediate to Senior Accountant in the Business Advisory team, you’ll:

• Prepare management reports, budgets, and forecasts for a diverse range of clients.
• Provide tax compliance and advisory services to clients, including small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), high-net-worth individuals, and family businesses.
• Deliver tailored business advisory solutions, including cash flow analysis, business structuring, and performance improvement strategies.
• Liaise with clients to build strong relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Review work prepared by junior accountants, providing guidance and mentoring.

About You

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in a business advisory or tax role within a professional services firm.
• Qualifications: CA or CPA qualified (or near completion).
• Technical Knowledge:
  • Solid understanding of Australian tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, and APS.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client engagement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and mentor junior team members.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering value to clients.
