Business Administrator
Position: Business Administrator (Business Advisory)
Location: Melbourne
Purpose: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to directors, teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare documents such as reports, proposals, and client communications.
- Coordinate annual processes like client engagement letters and CRM reviews.
- Assist with monthly client billing and ATO-related tasks.
- Manage correspondence, document systems, and filing.
- Support calendar management, meeting setup, and client communications.
- Lead client and team onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Maintain client databases and assist with marketing activities.
- Support business development efforts, including proposal creation.
- Collaborate with virtual assistants and organize team events.
Requirements: - Experience in an accounting practice.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with tools like Xero and MYOB.
- Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
