Business Administrator Position: Business Administrator (Business Advisory)

Location: Melbourne

Purpose: Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to directors, teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare documents such as reports, proposals, and client communications.
  • Coordinate annual processes like client engagement letters and CRM reviews.
  • Assist with monthly client billing and ATO-related tasks.
  • Manage correspondence, document systems, and filing.
  • Support calendar management, meeting setup, and client communications.
  • Lead client and team onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Maintain client databases and assist with marketing activities.
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal creation.
  • Collaborate with virtual assistants and organize team events.
Requirements:
  • Experience in an accounting practice.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with tools like Xero and MYOB.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
