Associate Advisor / Paraplanner About the role:
Collaborating with a team of financial advisors, you will be expected to exude professionalism, effective communication, and an acute attention to detail, while conducting yourself in a polished manner.
  • Oversight of Client Reviews and Reports
  • Conducting comprehensive research and projections for financial plans
  • Assisting in strategy development in tandem with the Financial Planner
  • Crafting SOA and ROA documents for comprehensive financial advice recommendations, encompassing Super, Retirement, Investment, Risk, and Estate Planning
  • Ensuring meticulous compliance of client files in accordance with dealer group requirements
  • Undertaking additional responsibilities as necessary
About you:
To be a contender for this role, it is desirable that you possess prior experience in a financial planning environment, along with the following qualifications:
  • Applicable tertiary qualification
  • Essential knowledge in Xplan software
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Proficiency across the Microsoft Suite of products and strong computer skills
  • Demonstrating a high level of technical knowledge, problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, proactive initiative, and effective organizational skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail and personal presentation
  • Exceptional communication - written and verbal
