Administrator | Accounting Firm on St Kilda Road A reputable accounting firm based on St Kilda Road is looking for a cheerful and motivated administrator to join their team.
This administration role would be ideal for someone with previous experience in an accounting firm, who is seeking a new challenge and variety within a role.

Role description: - Assisting accountants with lodgements and collations
- Collating tax returns and financial statements for Companies, Trusts, Superfunds and Individuals using APS Tax Manager & Class Super online
- Preparing annual statements
- Handling ATO correspondence and distribution of monthly ATO reports (tax/BAS)
- Preparing and lodging a wide variety of ASIC forms
- Incorporation of companies and establishment of trusts
- Preparing statutory records and corporate registers
- Dealing with ASIC and other relevant authorities concerning corporate secretarial services
- Advising clients and internal stakeholders on their enquires
- Performing administrative duties as required, such as scanning, collating and binding, answering telephone calls, meeting & greeting clients, preparing boardrooms, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and arranging catering when required
Successful candidate: - 1- 2+ Years experience within the accounting industry
- Administrative background in a professional services environment
- Outgoing and personable
- Able to provide good customer service
- Take initiative when working within the role and be open to developing new ideas and skills
- Someone who enjoys adding value and working to support the team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong attention to detail
- XERO or MYOB AE experience, or another accounting software is desirable
