Administrative Assistant We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team in Perth. In this role, you’ll help keep the office running smoothly and support the team with various administrative tasks.

Our client is a well-known boutique professional services firm providing taxation and business advisory services. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical.
  • Assist in preparing reports and correspondence.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally.
  • Support onboarding for new employees.
  • Help with various tasks to contribute to a positive team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • 3 + years of previous administrative experience.
