Admin A locally owned firm in Mackay are seeking an experienced Administration professional to join their supportive and friendly team. Position Details:
This is a full-time role offering a variety of administrative responsibilities, including:
  • Greeting clients, answering phones, and booking appointments
  • Assisting with client queries and banking
  • Invoicing and accounts receivable
  • Using legislative portals (such as ATO)
  • Providing administration support to the director and accountants
  • Facilitating meetings
  • Maintaining accurate filing systems (both electronic and physical)
  • Handling mail and managing office supplies
  • Ensuring cleanliness and presentation of the reception area and common spaces
Selection Criteria:
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Collaborative approach to teamwork and office procedures
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for grammar
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Professional presentation and a friendly, welcoming nature
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn
