About the Role: As an Account Manager, you’ll oversee a portfolio of domestic clients, providing expert broking services and contributing to business growth.
Responsibilities: - Manage all aspects of client portfolios, including renewals, endorsements, and quotes.
- Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Participate in company projects and staff training initiatives.
- Maintain in depth knowledge of the client portfolio to assess current and future needs
About You: - Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance account management.
- Tier 1 Broking qualification required.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with systems like Winbeat and Sunrise is an advantage.
