CRM Specialist
In this role, you will play a key part in growing and nurturing relationships with our existing customers by implementing targeted, effective email and SMS campaigns. You’ll work closely with our marketing and eCommerce teams to drive customer retention and maximise the lifetime value of our customers through data-driven strategies and automation.
As our CRM Specialist, you will own the end-to-end customer journey, leveraging tools like Klaviyo to create seamless and engaging customer experiences. You will be responsible for segmenting audiences, developing content strategies, and continuously testing and optimizing campaigns to boost engagement, sales, and brand loyalty.
Ecommerce Specialist
We are seeking a proactive and strategic E-Commerce Specialist to oversee and optimise our Shopify website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our online store, driving sales growth, and enhancing the overall customer experience. A background in Shopify development is highly preferred, as this role requires a hands-on approach to both management and technical improvements.
