Tia is a Senior Recruitment Consultant specialising in Qualified Finance. She began her career as an Area Manager for Aldi, where she managed four stores and oversaw all aspects of people management, including recruitment. Transitioning into finance recruitment, Tia has been in the industry for over two and a half years, initially working in the North West of England before making the move to Sydney.
Outside of work, Tia is an avid reader and is passionate about fitness, currently training for her first half marathon. With her strong leadership background and expertise in finance recruitment, Tia is dedicated to delivering top talent and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike.
