Tahlia recently made a large career change from an environmental analyst to a recruitment consultant. Wanting to better utilise her unique skills in building personal relationships, she couldn't say no to the TAP on the shoulder. Her analytical skills enable her attention to detail which assists her in matching top talent with New Zealand's insurance market. Outside of work, Tahlia enjoys staying active by going to the gym, taking walks, and spending quality time socialising with friends.
