Matt started his recruitment career with The Andersen Partnership in 2017 and hasn’t looked back since! Matt is originally from the UK and studied Accounting & Finance at Portsmouth University. Since joining TAP he has been promoted three times and is now operating as the Director of the Melbourne office, focusing on providing high-level service to his clients. He continues to recruit within the Public Practice Accounting area including Business Services, Tax, SMSF, Audit & Insolvency. He partners with Big 4, mid-tier, and boutique firms, recruiting at all experience levels.
Outside of the office, Matt enjoys all things soccer-related, whether that be playing or supporting Arsenal. With a passion for staying active, Matt places a lot of value on his work-life balance, something that is undoubtedly a reason for his success.
