Joe is the Director of the TAP Sydney office and spearheads the Commerce and Insurance divisions. Originally from the UK, Joe has embarked on a unique journey into recruitment, graduating university with a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, initially aiming to become a Physical Education Teacher. However, the allure of Australia's sunny beaches redirected his path towards a thriving career in recruitment. Since joining TAP in 2021, Joe has quickly risen through the ranks, transitioning from a consultant to leading a team of 11 as the head of the Sydney Commercial Accounting & Finance team and Sydney Insurance/Wealth division. Joe personally specialises in recruiting positions across the Qualified Finance area.
