Customer Relationship Manager - Occupational Rehabilitation About the Business

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Customer Relationship Manager to join an established and growing business. You’ll play a key role in fostering and expanding business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to ongoing growth and service excellence. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both new and existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across internal teams to create tailored solutions and deliver high-quality service.
  • Manage account budgets, track revenue targets, and implement growth strategies.
  • Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, business development, or account management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience within the workplace rehabilitation or health sector is highly regarded.
Requirements
  • Proof of Australian citizenship or residency.
  • Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
  • High level of computer literacy (CRM systems and MS Office).
  • Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
